Joining the Team

  • Submit your CV through our careers portal. Our team reviews every application against the specific technical and safety requirements of the role to ensure a strong alignment with our project needs.

  • We’ll invite shortlisted candidates for an initial conversation. This is a chance for us to learn about your experience and for you to ask questions about our current projects, company culture, and the specific site or office environment.

  • A deeper dive into your capabilities. This may involve a face-to-face or virtual interview with our project leads to ensure you're set up for success on day one.

  • If you are the preferred candidate, we will extend a conditional offer of employment. To ensure the safety and integrity of our operations, all offers are subject to the following satisfactory clearances:

    • Pre-employment Medical: A standard health assessment for all new staff to ensure fitness for duty.

    • Working Rights: Verification of Australian working rights for all employees, including VEVO checks for foreign nationals.

    • Reference Checks: Confirmation of your previous experience and professional standing.

  • Once these checks are successfully completed, a formal Contract of Employment will be issued. We then work closely with you to negotiate a start date that respects your current notice period and aligns with our upcoming project milestones.
